Rental fee is $50 for a 2-day rental period, plus a $100 cleaning/damage deposit for a total of $150.
The cleaning/damage deposit will be refunded when the equipment is returned clean and undamaged.
Cleaning Instructions
- Cleaning is easiest when performed immediately after use.
- Remove the cover from the destemming basket by unscrewing the knob at the end furthest from the hand crank, and slide the silver destemming basket out.
- Hose down all surfaces to remove grape skins, stems and seeds, spraying from above and below the unit. Turn the unit upside-down if necessary to make sure skins and seeds are removed from all surfaces and spaces.
- When all debris has been removed, wipe down all surfaces with a towel.
- Note: If cleaning is delayed, you may need to use a scrubbing pad to remove debris and stickiness.
